Returns
You have 07 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at izezi.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
Exchanges
